Army Reserve 100th Anniversary Commemoration Dinner - Washington, DC
On the evening of April 23, 2008, to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the U.S. Army Reserve, a special dinner was held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC. Command Sergeant Major Raymond Cordell and his wife Dede shared the master and mistress of ceremonies role. Command Sergeant Major Leon Caffie, U.S. Army Reserve Command Sergeant Major and Lieutenant General Jack C. Stultz, Chief of the Army Reserve, cut the 100th Anniversary cake together. Also in attendance were Miss America 2008 Kirsten Haglund and Secretary of the Army, the Honorable Pete Geren. Country music singer Craig Morgan provided the entertainment for guests.
